  1. Payment and Billing:

    1.1 Authorization: When making a purchase on RicoGifts, you give us permission to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including taxes and fees.

    1.2 Payment Methods:

    • Payments are accepted through PayPal.
    • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) can be used through PayPal.
    • Cash on delivery (COD) is also available.

  2. Order Confirmation:

    2.1 Confirmation Email: After you place an order, you will get an email with the details of your order and the total amount charged to your payment method..

    2.2 Contract Formation: This email is not an acceptance of your order. It only confirms that we received your order. A contract between you and RicoGifts will be made only when we send you another email saying that your order has been shipped.

  3. Pricing and Availability:

    3.1 Pricing Errors: In case of pricing errors, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order. If we cannot reach you, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.

  6. Entire Agreement: These Billing Terms and Conditions constitute the complete agreement between you and RicoGifts concerning billing and payment for your orders, superseding any prior agreements.
